CB-8396 Add AutoHideSplashScreen logic to Android's Splashscreen

Also initializing the splashscreen image irrespective of firstShow because
the splashscreen could be shown manually via navigator.splashscreen.show();
after exiting the app using BackButton or via navigator.app.exitApp();
