I'm sorry - I don't fully follow your intent. This doc has complete details
of the `create` command:
http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/cordova-cli/index.html#cordova-create-command.
I'm inclined to not repeat this in the README which is the probably the first
thing a new Cordova developer might see. I'm in favor of keeping it simple and
not repeating contents of other docs.
If we want to publicize this feature - we should perhaps write a blog post
talking about it. Also, are there any good templates to use with Cordova? We
should use a blog post to highlight them and showcase their usage.
Since a cordova CLI release is going to happen soon - i'm merging this
right now. Feel free to submit another PR for this.
