This need to be merged very urgent!
In the moment, file plugin is not running, if used in Chrome on a
http://localhost site.
```window.resolveLocalFileSystemURL``` is returning a Security Err (Code 2)
when the correct origin is missing,
filesystem:file:///persistent/somefile.txt is an invalid url for Chrome
when page is served locally!
