The ICLA is for individuals, so if you already sent it that is good.
It's recommended to use a personal email, but you can use any email you
want, I can't really see your email, so seeing your name on the
[list](http://home.apache.org/unlistedclas.html) is good enough for me, and you
are, so no need to send another one with the personal email.
Next time you send a PR you can check the box "ICLA has been signed and
submitted to [email protected]." in the PR checklist so people don't ask for
it.
