I'm aware of the unsupportedness but I don't think we should give up on
this. We all know that 1000s of developers are relying on UIWebView rather than
WKWebView just because of this issue.
Honestly I don't understand why the webkit bug hasn't been addressed with
higher importance by the Cordova developers...
