The current format on couchdb.git is:
git commit: updated %(branch)s to %(branch_newsha)s
How about:
git commit: [%(repo)] updated %(branch)s to %(branch_newsha)s
Where repo would be something like couchdb, couchdb-couch, couchdb-mem3, etc
etc.
