COUCHDB-2215 Update primary nav.
This is an update to the primary navigation menu. The menus were combined
into one, with the branding moved to the bottom and a "burger" added to the top
for expanding and collapsing.
Tested in:
* Google Chrome 33.0.1750.152
* Safari 7.0.2
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
