Alexander Shorin commented on COUCHDB-2435:
-------------------------------------------

The case: I'm on some page (browsing a view in a non-public database - e.g. no
anonymous users allowed) logged in as ASh. Now I want to relogin myself as Ben
to do some operations upon the documents which gave me the view query. If you
redirect me on logout you force me to redo all the actions to run those view
query again (do I remember all the params? surely no!) and I would certainly
not very happy about such behavior from Fauxton side (:

> Logging out should take you to the login page, not an Access Denied page

> Right now when you click the logout link, you're always redirected to a page
> that says "Access Denied". Behaviour-wise, that seems pretty odd to me.
> How about redirecting to the login page instead?
