Moved momentjs to js/libs folder
I placed the moment.js lib in the wrong location in an earlier
commit. This puts it into the libs folder to be with its friends.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/benkeen/couchdb-fauxton move-momentjs
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
