Automatically inject a context entry when creating a new partition

When we create a new partition on a ADS server, there is no entry associated
with the context. It would be way better if we could create a basic entry, for
instance when double clicking on the newly created partition, or by exposing
the context entry on the tab when selecting the partition.
Of course, the user should be able to edit this basic entry.
