Studio prompts for password even when "No Authentication" is selected

Bind DN is filled in and Simple Authentication is selected. No password is
specified. Try to open connection, and it prompts for password -- no problem.
Now go back into config and select No Authentication. Bind DN is now greyed
out. Try to open connection, and it still prompts for a password. It should
ignore the bind DN field when No Authentication is selected.
