I can't really see the use of this module in the shared project. The

IMO if needed to configure something for tests this could also be done
by applying a specific log4j filter where needed and drop this module.

This module has been ripped off 6 months ago when the new schema manager
has been written. I don't think we need it anymore.
+1 to remove it if useless (like Stefan did yesterday with core-entry).
PS : It's spring, looks like we are cleaning ADS inside out :)
