When compiling dpdk rpm, what switch should be turned on to compile dpdk pdump
tool?
1：rpmbuild -bp dpdk.spec
2：rpmbuild -ba dpdk.spec
3：rpm -Uvh *rpm
but the env can not use dpdk-pdump tool
