Post-copy live-migration is broken.
The assumes the vhost-user message is of type SET_MEM_TABLE,
and so assumes ctx contains a VhostUserMemory payload.
But here ctx contains a VhostUserMemoryRegion payload.

Given the complexity of the patch, it is worrying that such issues are
overlooked.
