Good idea in the long run. My only concern is how it will effect ECM. What I would prefer to do is get ECM all bundled up with related packages (pool, testcase etc) and release them all in one package (and tag subversion at that stage). This way Cocoon and any other ECM users will not get bitten. Is there anyway we could hold off cleaning up Logger until this is done?
