AFAIK, no releases has been made since the CVS migration occurred, and the CVS
repository is probably your best bet;
cvs -q -d .... co avalon-excalibur
cd avalon-excalibur/xmlutil
cvs log LICENSE.txt
symbolic names:
Excalibur_20040410: 1.3
Excalibur_Xmlutil_1_0: 1.1
Your milage propably varies with other components.
