It seems that you missed this. I just did it. I had hoped that someone more familiar with the code would do this. However i reckon 2007 is the appropriate year anyway, so went ahead with same for all NOTICE files.
Well technically I didn't miss it, i was just messing around in branch instead of trunk :)
