Latest version is 0.0.145.

This versions also contains an interesting experiment as
well. It added a Conditional-Package header. This allows you to
include packages only when they are referred to by contained packages.
So you can just do

   Private-Package: com.acme.primary
   Conditional-Package: com.acme.*

Conditional Packages are included privately. You should realize that
this is recursive, adding a package widens the imports so these
imports become applicable for inclusion, ad nauseum. Bnd stops when
the Jar does not grow anymore.

It is experimental, so I am very interested in feedback. It is
summarily described in http://www.aQute.biz/Code/Bnd
