Hi Guillaume,

I think the org.osgi.compendium project is just a repackaging of the
official OSGi compendium JAR file. IMHO there is no reason to not cut a
release of this.

Configadmin seems to be pretty stable, so curring a release of this is
definitely a thing worth considering.
