FWIW, I've just started a vote to release geronimo servlet api 2.5 and stax api 1.0 as OSGi bundles. See http://www.nabble.com/-VOTE--Release-servlet-2.5-and-stax-api-1.0-spec-jars-td14401636s134.html(feel free to cast a vote there). I will try to release the other JEE spec jars in the future, but if anybody has a strong interest in one spec that has not been release yet, just ping me.
