We have various exceptions and errors during start-up on gnu/classpath based
VMs and on mika. Subsequently, we either crash or hang or can't resolve urls.
The issue is a combination of the extension bundle support, the urlhandlers,
and the dalvik support. I will commit a fix which gets us up and running again.
