Hi all, Based on the discussion going on on the Users list about providing a default web application launcher [1] proposed by Justin Edelson, I have started a discussion on the Sling developers list on their general opinion to move the launcher (called launchpad/base in Sling) over to the Felix project [2].
The result of the discussion basically is, that the Sling community would be ok with a transfer of the launcher to Felix. My question to discuss right now is: What is the general opinion of the Felix community to eventually take over the Sling launchpad/base [3] module as a generic loader for standalone and web application environments over to the Apache Felix project ?
