Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to work on this lately (bigger fires).
However, in the patch, I registered the HttpContext as a service and added the
context id to the properties when registering the HttpServlet. The whiteboard
should have provided the HttpServlet with the specified HttpContext... and I
thought that I had verified this in my testing. I must have fooled myself
somehow.
