There have already been requests for an ANT task providing the same
functionality to ANT build systems as the Maven SCR Plugin provides to Maven.
The plugin code has already been refactored to isolate the Maven specifics from
the actual SCR descriptor generation stuff.
This issue is about implementing the ANT task glue.
