The downloaded dump (zip and txt) does not contain any indication when the dump
has been taken - the date in the downloaded file name has only the time stamp
from the point in time when the link(!) has been created.
We should therefore:
- not add the timestamp to the download name; this creates a false impression
- add a text (file) with the timestamp
