I basically committed your patch. I didn't change the OSGi API dependencies to
be the latest, since we should use the lowest version necessary. I also didn't
explicitly set the import, since this is generated correctly, nor did I export
the wireadmin package since it is just implementation details. Please close if
you are satisfied. Thanks.
