I've been wondering about similar issues in various places. AFAICT osgi
doesn't generally include a NOTICE file in e.g. the 4.3 compendium jar.
Therefore I've been thinking that they don't actually want people to attribute
use of their classes.

Where is the osgi NOTICE you are going to use for this?

thanks
