To pass an earlier CT the configuration property ds.ctworkaround has been
introduced in FELIX-2526.
The CT bug expecting a writable Dictionary has been fixed in the mean time. So
for this part, the work around is not required any longer.
On the other hand, the updated DS 1.2 spec has more fine grained specification
on how to handle configurations. In this context, the implementation must be
updated. Else the workaround is still needed.
