Again, thanks for your patch, Robert - I've applied a slightly modified version
as we consider all packages except the root package of the generator as
private. (We can't enforce this though)
For the two cases you mention, we know that the file changed, right? So we
could remove the corresponding component and metatype files before the
generator is started. Either the generator generates a new file or the
corresponding tags are missing.
