Guillaume Nodet commented on FELIX-4407:
----------------------------------------

If the fragment is moved to the INSTALLED state, it means the host has been
refreshed. I'm not sure there is any other way to get into that state.

> All necessary Fragement-Hosts not refreshed

> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-4407
> Project: Felix
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: File Install
> Affects Versions: fileinstall-3.2.8
> Reporter: Jonathan Pierce
>
> If I have the following bundles installed via a configured felix fileinstall
> directory:
> fragment-host
> fragment (imports package1)
> bundle (exports package1)
> If I delete the jar for "bundle" from the directory (uninstalling it), and
> add a newer version of the same jar (also exporting package1), the "fragment"
> bundle goes to "INSTALLED" state, and the "fragment-host" is never refreshed.
> It seems like the desired behavior would be for fragment-host to be refreshed
> in this case.
