it says the following:
>From a browser, navigate to http://felix.apache.org/site/downloads.cgi.
Scroll down to the "Apache Felix Karaf" section and select the desired
distribution.
For a binary Unix distribution, the filename will be similar to:
apache-felix-karaf-x.y.tar.gz.
The link does not contain any karaf binaries. it is all felix jars. this is
confusing because when you download Felix Framework Distribution it does not
have any start scripts.
The link should be to the karaf download if that is what is intended by the
installation instructions.
