The javamail spec code was rewritten to conform to what javamail was actually
supposed to be doing. Part of this was a complete rework of the smtp transport
code to properly implement the protocol between the javamail Service class and
the Transport class. This code was only checked into the trunk branch.
Because the 1.1 branch is using the latest version of the javamail spec jars,
the smtp code needs to be updated to the matching version.
