Stopping a TSSbean also stops the orb it's attached to

While working with the MagicGBall I noticed that you can't stop and start the
application: when you try to start it again you get an exception saying the orb
is shut down.
I deployed the app using the console, the magicGBall ear, and either one of the
plans in magicgball/target/plan. I stopped and tried to start the app after
deployment using the console.
I won't argue much if this gets taken out of 1.1.
