There is currently a distinction between inactive and active durable
subscription MBeans. They should really be the same with the same ObjectName
and all properties available at broker startup so a management console can
interrogate them. Note there are typos in the attributes in this MBean and some
properties such as SubsctiptionName are not available on broker startup.
