Patch: DeployToolMojo.patch
This patch has just 1 file in it. DeployToolMojo.java. It combines and replaces
3 mojos from the previous patch. The files it replaces are
StartModuleMojo.java
StopModuleMojo.java
UndeployModuleMojo.java
I just put this together to show that we can parameterize the deployer option
too (start/stop/undeploy).
The distribute/deploy mojo cannot be combined because the config params it
takes are different than the others. There you specify the module while the
other operations take the configID.
