I walked through the failing test by hand yesterday on Linux w/ Firefox 2.0.0.12 and every text/value/select operation worked.

Is this a problem with selenium or jetty, in that it can't handle extremely long URLs or the UTF8 escaping in the Pluto URL being generated?
