There's a problem in two of the jars, I'm afraid: /plugins/tools-maven-plugin/1.4/tools-maven-plugin-1.4-javadoc.jar ./plugins/maven-maven-plugin/1.4/maven-maven-plugin-1.4-javadoc.jar
Are both missing license/notice files. Apologies. I'd only checked the normal jars, not the jars created only when generating a release. --kevan
