Attachment: GERONIMODEVTOOLS-259h.patch
The h patch replaces the c and d patches. This contains plug-in test cases in
a separate Eclipse project. The main pom.xml has been updated to build this
new plug-in, but the test cases will still need to be run manually. Also, I'm
not sure of the best way to include the 2 mandatory abbot plug-in jars in the
build, but Tim says he has done this kind of thing before so I'll leave that
to him to clean this part up.
