Fix For: 2.0
publish plugins for running daytrader in geronimo, with separate db and jms
plugins. Also provide derby, db2, and oracle (at least) plugins for easy db
swapping.
Also update daytrader build to use updated genesis and maven 2.0.9 features
like dependency management import scope for pom packaging to pull in all of g's
dependency management rather than repeating it.
