Patched axis2-jaxws-api-1.3.jar with a dummy
javax/xml/ws/EndpointReference.java added.
With the above file and the patch applied to my local 2.1.2-SNAPSHOT, I was
able to build with Sun 1.6.0_05 on MacOSX, but did see 5 security-testsuite and
1 console-testuite failures.
