dojo v1.0.2 dijit/demos/i18n directory contains wikipedia content, which is
under terms of GFDL GNU free documentation license and should be removed.
Also per the dojo footprint discussion on devlist, maybe we should just remove
the entire demos directory for the incoming v2.1.2 release.
