Committed the latest patch to trunk (revision 675641) and branches/2.1 
(revision 675656). 

Btw, by default the jmx-security plugin (containing the SSL JMX Connector) will 
be installed in the full java ee assemblies but it will not be started. The SSL 
JMX Connector uses port 9998. 

I'm looking what it would take to enable SSL JMX connections on the client 
side...
