We can resolve this issue by reading through the config-substitution.properties
to figure out the PortOffset value later increase the Web Connector and
RMI-naming port with the same value. This may resolve the synchronization
issue. Please provide your valuable comments on this. If this is feasible I
will go ahead and create a patch for this.
