We may have to update this in plugins\dojo\geronimo-dojo\pom.xml
<exclude>dojo/tests/**</exclude>
to <exclude>dojo-war/tests/**</exclude>
It doesn't look like his change is checked in, so I'll revisit this in
a few days.
