Done in rev 684310.
Instead of having v20 and v21 depend on the core feature for 4 common plugins,
I just put these 4 plugins in the v20 and v21 features. Various build and
assembly files also updated.
features/org.apache.geronimo.feature can also be deleted, but I figured I'd let
folks digest this change first.
