Lets use nexus and hudson and auto-publish snapshots

Apparently it is now possible to build on apache's hudson instance and  
arrange for successful builds to be pushed automatically to the apache  
nexus instance (cxf has set this up)

I think we should do this also.  This would depend on first changing  
our poms to deploy to the nexus instance as discussed earlier.

Are the current automated builds that Jarek runs pushing snapshots to  
apache snapshot repo?
