Currently, when build GEP 2.0.2 branch, it failed.
1. It's due to the download URL of dtp,wtp,emf.etc. Fix with right URL
2. Several server dependencies can't be found. So change Geronimo server
version from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2 and exclude some artifact which even doesn't exist
in central maven repository
