remember groupId and version

Plan wizards sort of have weirdo crummy hardcoded artifact names for the most
part. However I would imagine that we want to cater to the user who has a lot
of artifacts to deploy. They'll want the groupId to be for their organization
and probably have the same version throughout their project. So the console
should
1. use the same ui for all plan wizards that lets you specify the entire
artifact (groupId, artifactId, and version -- type must be car)
2. remember the groupId and version somewhere persistent. I'm not sure if the
"remember" shoudl be automatic or from a checkbox or button.
