1.start up server on windows, from server backgroup console, there are two
warnings:
[MemoryUserDatabase] userdatabase is not persistent, no write permission to
direcotry
NamingContextListener failed to register in JMX:javax.naming.exception root
cause is
java.lang.classnotfoundexception:org.apache.tomcat.dhcp.dhcp.basicdatasourcefactory
