Plugin list contains non-car modules when create plugin

1.Open a defined g 2.2 server in eclipse, and click "plugin" tab
2.Choose a local path and select create plugin, click "next", but a rar module
is in the application select list, and fail to export it as plugin, coz in g
server, just module with car post-fix can be selected in export plugin list.
So filter applications with car.
